We all share moments each day where our courage is tested. Whether it's tested by taking a leap of faith to having that uncomfortable conversation or even trying to fight the fight of making it out of bed. We are here to tell you that you’re not alone. Through honest conversation in a judgement free environment, we are able to continue the internal growth we all desire. Emotional intelligence is what we need to nurture to make the best out of our relationships, more specifically the one we have with ourselves. We are humans who have fought everyday to get to today and sometimes we dread tomorrow. But that’s okay.
